very nice front desk staff, decent free breakfast including waffles , hard boiled eggs, yogurt. Stayed two nights and never had our room visited for cleaning. Came back very late to unmade beds and wet towels. Noise in hallway from guests was awful...they didn't seem to care about being loud. Good price compared to nearby hotels with similar features. Only took us 20 minutes into Pittsburgh &#;was a Sunday&#;. Would probably stay again.

This hotel obviously doesnt care about it's drive-in traditional guests. They run a park & fly program for ""local guests"" that arent actually staying in the hotel. This causes ""true"" overnight guests with cars to find alternative off site parking at their own risk. Customer service doesnt respond to long term Returns Club Members complaints. They did offer to refund the one night we stayed when we chose to move to another hotel with better parking availability.

06/12/2008Hotel charges $25 to leave vehicle if you are flying out of pit airport, (not mentioned on website...) both my wife and i awoke with small. red bug bites on ...
Hotel charges $25 to leave vehicle if you are flying out of PIT Airport, (not mentioned on website...) Both my wife and I awoke with small. red bug bites on ankles and legs. I assume these were from bedbugs or fleas. Never stay at this place again.
